Why not? Makes sense to me (Lucy)………our face is full of muscles, they can sag and bag just like the rest of our body. Hence the facial slide, the droopy jowl, and the rest of the saggy slope!

Facercise was developed by Carole Maggio, and is available online from her website and at her day spa in Redondo Beach, CA.

So does it work?

Well you know me I’ll give anything a lil looksee if it’ll keep my face from doing the downward slide………. I started a few days ago and no,…you can’t see it on video!

Lol…as you can imagine I look a little silly doing the "workout". Maybe in a few weeks I’ll post some before and after pictures.  The B&A pics on the site show results in as little as 5-7 day but some up to a year………….so if results are typical, I’ll be facially firm and fit in no time and without knives or needles and my wallet intact!

Anyway, obviously like any muscular workout results are not overnight, if they were I’d only worry about getting fit the day before any and all big events and would of course wait till the last minute!

What I will say is that I have followed the specific to the letter….. Consistency and proper technique are clearly key! Lol…my face hurts! Like any other workout of parts that haven’t been used in a while my muscles hurt! Especially in the jaw line and ear area! This is a good thing! I can feel that I am working those muscles….my targeted area!  It’s really kinda crazy! BUT I'm convinced enough that I'm gonna keep doing them!
