Last week I spend two hours chatting with my daughter's doctor on the importance of nutrition. She has not been eating properly and he wanted to discuss the situation with both of us. She's an extremely picky eater who doesn't want to eat meat, hardly any fruits, and only a few veggies. She doesn't particularly eat "junk food," she just doesn't eat.

The Nutrition Possible assessment was easy to create and took around 5 minutes. It started by asking my age and gender. I was asked several questions relating to my diet, and then questions regarding my activity level. I finished off the questionnaire by answering questions about my lifestyle. When I completed the assessment a customized plan was created for me advising me which supplements would be most beneficial for me, foods to add to my diet, and suggestions to include more exercise into my lifestyle.

This test suggested that I am lacking enough calcium. I think that's because I don't drink milk, but I do get calcium elsewhere.

I wasn't surprised by any of the recommendations aside from phytonutrients. I'm not even sure what exactly they are. Better start researching! :0)
